Your visit to Unique Boutique and access to its website and its services are governed by the following conditions. Any person that shops from Unique Boutique or visits the uniqueboutiquejewelry.net website accepts these conditions.


We are certain you will be completely delighted with your selections from Unique Boutique. However, if you are not satisfied you may return your unworn purchase in its original condition for a merchandise credit. Your shipment must be postmarked within fourteen days of the receipt date. All in-stock items ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Out of stock or custom pieces may take up to 4 to 6 weeks. Please call for clarification. Shipping and handling costs are based on item cost and includes insurance:

$0 .01 – $500: $15.00
$500.01-$1000: $25.00
1000.01 and up: $30.00

All merchandise leaves the store in perfect condition. UPS ground is our shipping method. If you have any problems with its arrival condition, please contact UPS directly.
